2. Goto my.bankrate.com
3.sign up and verify email address.
4.Enter last 4 digit of ssn....
5.U will be showed few stuffs to pick one option pick any option there...
Now you will get to a place where u be asked to answer four questions...Pick "None of the above in 3 questions and make sure u answer one correctly"
Then submit !!!!
