Have you actually done this? Step 7 is complicated. Are you using skrill as payment option? Skrill needs verification to use as a payment method

This method is not working. Step #7 makes it non viable: Choose skrill>pick visa/mastercard>Registration is not possible. U get to register a skrill account but u cannot pay from it or fund your skrill account until you have verified it with ID, social security number etc.
