Carding using Pen testing Linux systems vs Carding with Windows..

I recently had a very large amount of declines. After having a lot of success. I run from usb forensic mode. Socks vpn and Debian tools. Would it be better to card using bootable live windows... or stick to my system.. and write the declines off as bad pizza?
